These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of iqscore.io (the “Site”) operated by IQScore (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The service

IQScore provides a free online IQ assessment consisting of 36 questions across four cognitive domains (spatial, numerical, logical, and applied reasoning). Upon completion, users receive an estimated IQ score, percentile ranking, and domain breakdown at no charge.

One optional one-time purchase is available: the IQScore Pack for $6.99, which includes a personalised certificate as a downloadable PDF, a full written cognitive report, and the correct answer and a written explanation for every question. It is delivered digitally and immediately, and no account creation is required to use the free test or to make a purchase. It is the only product offered for sale on the site; customers who previously bought the discontinued Answer Breakdown tier keep their existing upgrade option.

2. Not a clinical assessment

IQScore is an online screening tool intended for informational and educational purposes only. Results represent an estimate of cognitive ability and are not a clinically validated diagnostic score. IQScore is not a substitute for a professionally administered cognitive assessment conducted by a licensed psychologist.

Do not use IQScore results for medical decisions, educational placement, employment screening, legal proceedings, or any other purpose that requires a validated clinical assessment.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the test questions or scoring algorithm
• Use automated tools to take the test or generate sessions at scale
• Interfere with the Site’s infrastructure or security
• Misrepresent your IQScore result in any professional, academic, or legal context

4. Payments and refund policy

The IQScore Pack costs $6.99 (USD). It is a one-time purchase processed securely by Stripe, with no subscriptions and no recurring billing of any kind, and nothing further to purchase afterwards.

Because these products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. If a technical problem prevents you from accessing something you have paid for, email us at support@iqscore.io and we will make sure you receive it. We would always rather fix an access problem than leave you unhappy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the test questions, scoring methodology, blog articles, design, and code — is owned by IQScore and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.

The paid products you purchase — your certificate, personalised report and answer explanations — are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish their contents.

6. Affiliate links

Some pages of this Site contain affiliate links (primarily the Cognitive Resources page). As an Amazon Associate, IQScore earns a small commission from qualifying purchases. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial recommendations. All affiliated links are labelled as such.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the test results for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to reliance on test results, loss of data, or failure to deliver a paid product due to technical issues outside our control.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
